NTU Garage

Early-stage incubator

Duration: 10 months (March - December)
Eligibility: Early-stage teams with NTU student, alumni, or faculty affiliation; external teams considered case by case

Domain mentor group consultations with peer teams
No program fee or equity requirement; virtual residency with meeting room and event space access by center policy
Three key checkpoints: Problem-Solution Fit / Business Model Validation / Traction

Eligibility: Growth-stage startups; NTU affiliation is not required, while NTU-affiliated teams are prioritized

How the support works

Across Garage and Accelerator, NTUTEC first clarifies the team stage, then connects the right mentors, validation settings, and external communication moments.

Clarify stage

Locate whether the team is working through idea validation, MVP, early revenue, or growth needs.

Set goals

Translate the year into the most important validation questions and operating milestones.

Mentor support

Use group diagnostics, one-on-one mentorship, or Office Hours depending on program fit.

Connect settings

Link teams with corporate, alumni, industry, and market contexts when relevant.

External communication

Prepare materials and narratives for Demo Day, investors, and partner conversations.

Next step

Decide whether the team should move toward Accelerator, corporate collaboration, investor conversations, or other NTUTEC resources.

When to apply

Programs run for ten months from March to December. The application period is separate, and exact dates follow the annual announcement.
