Eligibility: NTU undergraduate and graduate students in regular programs (excluding in-service programs); teams of 1–4 or individuals. The official registration page prevails on eligibility.

Participation
Registration and attendance
Registration runs Nov 2 (Mon) to Nov 23 (Mon) and is free. Hybrid format: the development environment opens Dec 1 (Tue) from 17:30, and on Dec 4 you can build on site or remotely from 13:30 to 17:00. At least one member per team must check in on site between 12:30 and 13:30, and all members must be present for the live demo and judging.
